At Sydney City Aquarium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aquatic supplies; if an item is faulty or incorrect, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on live fish, corals, or opened water treatments.

Email our customer service team with your order details and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to our Sydney warehouse via a tracked courier service.
Processing and Refund
